Learn new rhyming words with flashcards
I will bring a cat and the hat teddy bear and everyday one child will take them home and then they will write about what they did with the stuffed animal.

Introduction and Purpose of this Blog
The purpose of this blog is to inform you (parents/guardians) about what your students are learning in reading. Reading is one of the most important things your child can learn. So I want to let you know what your child will be learning this month in reading. We are going to go over many books relating rhyming. Rhyming is very important, and there are many books out there that have rhyming in them. We will be reading lots of Dr. Seuss books since all of his books have rhyme in them.
